Donna Peck, MAPC, LPC assists her clients in coping with grief, loss, and trauma; in building self esteem; and in changing unhealthy behaviors with cognitive behavioral therapy. She encourages her clients to gain awareness and insight to create their desired changes.

Donna’s Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling was awarded by Ottawa University in 2008, with a Diploma in Christian Counseling from Phoenix Seminary in 2007. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work in 1993, and is currently licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Donna’s experience in counseling consists of the following: Three and a half years as a therapist at Northwest Christian Counseling, LLC; a year internship at Arizona Christian University; and a 100-hour practicum at Scottsdale Bible Church’s Counseling Center.

Former volunteer work included serving at homeless shelters, women’s shelters, and as a Board Member of Along Side Ministries, a prison ministry that assists women and men transition from prison back into the local community. She has also served three years as a Board Member of New Life Center, a domestic violence shelter for women and children.
